3. Review Process

UjuziHub moderation team reviews all lessons, thumbnails and descriptions for policy compliance. 3. Approved courses are published and made available to students. 4. Rejected courses receive written feedback explaining the reason for rejection. Review typically takes 2–5 business days. UjuziHub reserves the right to request changes before approving a course.

4. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this policy may result in: • Immediate removal of the offending content without notice • Temporary suspension of your Creator account pending investigation • Permanent ban from the UjuziHub platform • Withholding of unpaid earnings where violations are found to have misled students or breached platform trust The severity of action taken will depend on the nature and extent of the violation. UjuziHub reserves the right to report illegal content to the relevant authorities.

5. Appeal Process

If you believe your content was removed or your account suspended in error, you may submit an appeal: 1. Email creators@ujuzi-hub.com with the subject line "Content Appeal – [Your Name]". 2. Provide a clear explanation of why you believe the decision was made in error. 3. Include any supporting evidence. 4. Our team will review your appeal and respond within 7 business days. Appeals are reviewed by a senior member of our team who was not involved in the original decision. The outcome of an appeal is final.

6. Quality Standards

In addition to prohibited content, creators are expected to maintain high quality standards: • Course audio and video must be clear and audible • Lessons must deliver on what is promised in the course description • Courses must be kept up to date — outdated content may be unpublished • Creator must respond to student questions or reported issues within a reasonable time
