Terms of Service

By creating an account or using UjuziHub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, with additional compliance with UK law where applicable.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on UjuziHub. • Users under 13 may only access UjuziHub through a Parent Account managed by a parent or legal guardian. • By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. UjuziHub is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account. You must notify us immediately at support@ujuzi-hub.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Approved Creators on UjuziHub agree to the following revenue sharing arrangement: • Creators receive 70% of all net course sales. • UjuziHub retains 30% as a platform fee covering hosting, payment processing, moderation and marketing. • Payouts are processed to your registered Mobile Money or bank account upon request, subject to a minimum payout threshold of GHS 50. • Earnings may be withheld if your account is under review for policy violations. By submitting a Creator Application, you agree to this revenue split.

School subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Schools may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period with no pro-rata refund. UjuziHub reserves the right to suspend a school account for non-payment after a 7-day grace period.

UjuziHub provides educational content to support learning. We do not guarantee any specific academic results, pass rates or exam scores. Outcomes depend on the individual learner's effort, ability and external factors beyond our control.

UjuziHub reserves the right to remove, suspend or modify any content on the platform at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to policy violations, legal requirements or quality concerns. See our Creator Content Policy for full details.

All content created by UjuziHub (logos, UI design, original course materials) is the intellectual property of G&T IT Solutions Ltd. Creator content remains the intellectual property of the Creator, but by publishing on UjuziHub you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute and promote your content on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UjuziHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana. Users in the United Kingdom are also subject to applicable UK consumer protection laws.
