UjuziHub is an online learning platform operated by G&T IT Solutions Ltd., registered in England and Wales, in partnership with Gabsab IT Services, Ghana. We provide educational courses, mock tests and learning tools for students, parents, creators and schools across Africa. Contact: privacy@ujuzi-hub.com

We collect the following data depending on your account type: • Students: name, email address, enrolled courses, test scores, progress data, and level. • Parents: name, email address, children's profiles, subscription and payment records. • Creators: full name, email, phone number, date of birth, government-issued ID details (for identity verification), payout details (Mobile Money or bank account), and uploaded content. • Schools: school name, region, contact name, email, phone, student lists, and subscription plan. • All users: cookies, device information, IP address, and usage analytics.

UjuziHub takes the protection of children's data very seriously. • Children under the age of 13 may only use UjuziHub through a Parent Account. A parent or legal guardian must create the account and manage access. • We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 without verified parental consent. • Parents may use our Child Mode feature to restrict what content their child can access. • If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13 without consent, contact us immediately at privacy@ujuzi-hub.com and we will delete the data.

We use your data to: • Provide and personalise your learning experience • Process payments and payouts • Communicate important account updates • Improve our platform and content recommendations • Comply with legal obligations • Prevent fraud and ensure platform security

UjuziHub uses Paystack to process payments. We do not store your card details on our servers. All card and payment information is handled by Paystack in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. By making a payment on UjuziHub, you also agree to Paystack's privacy policy available at paystack.com/privacy.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with: • Paystack (payment processing) • Our hosting and analytics providers • Schools linked to your child's profile (only relevant progress data) • Law enforcement if required by law

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it (e.g. financial records, which are kept for 7 years under UK and Ghanaian law).

You have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Correct inaccurate data • Request deletion of your data • Withdraw consent at any time • Data portability (receive a copy of your data) To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@ujuzi-hub.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by email or platform notification. Continued use of UjuziHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
